KAB administrates and distributes app. 50.000 social housing apartments in the Greater Metropolitan Area. KAB wanted to know more about its public reputation in order to get insights into where KAB's communication could be improved and create more value. Insights from Oxy’s reputation analysis, was used to create a narrative, that builds a bridge between the vision and values of the organization. The process involved more than a hundred employees on all levels of the organization.
